Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of board structure on company performance. has 6 independent variables, which consist size directors, directors meetings, education, female and managerial ownership.
 Research Method The sample used in this research is quantitative data with a purposive sampling technique. Based criteria, samples collected from 473 companies period 2014-2018. tested using panel regression.
 Findings concludes that all variables have no significant Board still needs be controlled achieve good Independent rarely interfere other director decision. director’s meetings only incurs unnecessary expenses. director's education just qualification. Women's each country could difference because cultural differences.
